C'était le point d'orgue de l'événement The Bridge ! Le Queen Mary 2 et les quatre trimarans Ultimes ont pris le large dimanche soir à 19h. Un départ en grande pompe devant plusieurs milliers de personnes rassemblées le long de la côte. Un Airbus A380 a même été de la partie ! Désormais, direction New-York pour cette course d'un nouveau genre.
