Loire-Atlantique : un cycliste en arrêt cardiaque sur le pont de Saint-Nazaire
Un sexagénaire a été évacué par hélicoptère vers le CHU de Nantes en fin de matinée.

Un homme d'une soixantaine d'années a été secouru ce mercredi en fin de matinée sur le pont de Saint-Nazaire, indique le Service Départemental d'Incendie et de Secours de la Loire-Atlantique.
La victime traversait l'ouvrage à vélo quand il a été pris d'un malaise, il a été retrouvé en arrêt cardio-respiratoire.
Le sexagénaire a été médicalisé sur place par le SMUR avant d'être évacué vers le CHU de Nantes par hélicoptère dans un état grave.
